December 1985: Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen announces the discovery of a new type of radiation, which he calls X-rays.
This issue of Bracco 1 is dedicated to the history of Roentgen rays and the evolution of radiology, with an article in Campus entitled "Radiodiagnostic Contrast Media."
The aim of this issue is both to celebrate this important event and to introduce the medical profession to the topic of radiology, also taking into account the interesting material collected at the Italo-Soviet Symposium held in Milan (15-17 may 1970).
