Diagnostic imaging makes it possible to see and work with infinitely small molecules thanks to new machines and contrast agents. Bracco research never stops and in 2020 diagnostics and therapy will meet thanks to microbubbles. Used today as an intelligent system for “looking” below the surface, they will become the vehicles for delivering the drug precisely and locally to where it is needed. Seeing the lesion will already be the start of the cure.
