Corporate Heritage Awards 2023: a new nomination for Bracco

Once again this year, the Bracco Historical Archive has joined the Corporate Heritage Awards (CHA), the national competition, promoted by Leaving Footprints, which aims to recognise companies that have distinguished themselves for their commitment to enhancing and communicating their historical and cultural heritage.

The 2023 award ceremony, organised as part of the XXII Corporate Culture Week, was held on Tuesday 7 November in the prestigious Sala Pininfarina of the Confindustria Congress Centre in Rome. This edition had 47 companies participating and as many as 94 projects submitted.

Among the 18 finalist companies in the 6 categories, the Historical Archive received a nomination for the “Digital Narration through Words, Images and Sounds” category. The important award went to the Historical Digital Archive, which, through its compelling #braccostories, enhances historical documents, houseorgan, photographs, videos and unpublished audio. The bilingual archive also has an innovative podcast section that tells stories about family, business, innovation, sustainability and culture.

The conference, which preceded the award ceremony, was attended by important speakers including: Antonio Alunni, President of the Technical Group for Culture of Confindustria, Arabella Mocciaro Li Destri, President of the Italian Society of Management, Maria Rosaria Napolitano, Scientific Director of Leaving Footprints, and Luca Mazzini, Head of the Centre-South Territorial Management of Banco BPM.

The following also spoke Antonio Calabrò, President of Museimpresa; Pina Amarelli, Knight of Labour and Honorary President of Amarelli; Florindo Rubbettino, President of SudHeritage; Daniele Pitteri, member of the Scientific Committee of the Unione Imprese Centenarie Italiane; Rocco Orefice, Director of the Associazione Marchi Storici d’Italia; and Alessia Tripodi, journalist for Sole 24 Ore and moderator of the event.
